FOR THE: B28, Coffee Kiosk Building Remodel
 
Under the guidelines of CA Public Contract Code 10510.4 – 10510.9, the University is seeking the best qualified firm with experience in design of restaurants or food service areas in healthcare facilities to provideA&E Services in support of the remodel of Building 28, Coffee Kiosk at UCI Health, Orange, CA.
 
The selected consultant will program and design a refresh of an existing coffee kiosk building.  Scope of work includes programming, schedule and budget assessment, full design/construction documents and construction administration services - to provide a new exterior and interior to an existing building, updating the aesthetic and incorporating the new specified kitchen equipment and IT infrastructure, for a total project cost not-to-exceed $1.35 million.
Design services will be authorized on an “as-needed” basis and are contingent upon project approvals, funding and the quality of services delivered by the design professional.
