We, NTK Construction, Inc. (NTK), will be bidding this project as a prime contractor and we are interested in receiving proposals/quotes from qualified subcontractors, suppliers and truckers, including but not limited to DBE and/or LBE certified Small or Micro firms, for the following items of work: (but not limited to) Traffic Control, Waterline installation, Trenchless Lining (CIPL), Sewer Installation, Concrete Flatwork, Concrete Structures, Paving, and Underground Fiber Optic Work.
 
Description of work:  The objective of the project is to replace and rehabilitate sewer mains, water mains, and installation of fiber optic conduits along Geary Boulevard from 32^nd Ave to Stanyan Street, in San Francisco, California, as shown on the plans and specifications.
 
Estimated Construction Costs:   $44,690,834 to $49,395,132
Time Allowed for Completion:    1,034 consecutive calendar days
 
The LBE subcontracting requirement for this project is 14.00%. Utilization of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (“DBE”) firms is encouraged for this project with the goals of: MBE – 5.86% and WBE – 2.25%.
