PROJECT: TREASURE ISLAND BUILDING 1 EXISTING PARKING LOT DESIGN ASSIST & BUILD - SITE IMPROVEMENTS Small Business Enterprise Goal Assigned is 41% OWNER: TREASURE ISLAND DEVELOPMENT GROUP 1 Sansome Street, Suite 3200, San Francisco, CA 94104 CM/GC: DESILVA GATES CONSTRUCTION 11555 Dublin Boulevard, Dublin, CA 94568 BID DATE: MONDAY, APRIL 29, 2024 @ 5:00 P.M. ESTIMATOR: GARRY DAY We hereby encourage responsible participation of local Small Business Enterprises/Local Business Enterprises, and solicit their contractor or materials and/or suppliers’ quotation for the following types of work including but not limited to: CONSTRUCT BUILDING 1 DESIGN BUILD SITE IMPROVEMENTS COMPLETE AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEMATIC PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS IN THE PROVIDED DROPBOX LINK. SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES SURVEYING, LANDSCAPING, IRRIGATION, ELECTRICAL, CONCRETE PAVING, STRIPING, & PARK FURNISHINGS. At our discretion, 100% Payment and 100% Performance bonds may be required as a subcontract condition.
