Sub Bid Requests ADVERTISEMENT FOR DESIGN-BUILD SUBCONTRACTOR SERVICES Fire Suppression The PENTA Building Group, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is requesting bids from potential design-build subcontractors for the following project: Los Angeles Mission College Bio-Science Laboratory Building Project ID No. 54M.4403.02 Address: 13356 Eldridge Ave., Sylmar, CA 91342 Project Architect: Corgan General Information and Scope of Work: The PENTA Building Group has been awarded the LA Mission College Bio-Science Laboratory Building project. The Bio-Lab will be a new, approximately 8,000 square foot building located in the parking lot of the Mission College East Campus sitting adjacent and within close proximity to the existing Center for Math and Science Building. PENTA is seeking Design-Build subcontractors (herein referred to as 'subcontractor/s') for the Fire Suppression scope of work. Interested subcontractors must be licensed to design in the State of California and capable of both designing and building their respective scopes of work. This project is a public works Project, subject to prevailing wages and certified payroll. It also has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) and Community Economic Development (CED) Program with 30% target of contract value to LSEDV businesses. Prequalification Information: Interested subcontractors are encouraged to begin the prequalification process with PENTA immediately. Prequalification will be required to be issued a subcontract for this project.
