C0724 – Coyote Creek Flood Protection Project Project No.: 26174043 Invitation No. VW0593 Owner: Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water) Location: San Jose, CA Engineers’ Estimate: $160,000,000 BID DATE: June 24, 2026 @ 2:00 PM Items of work include but are not limited to: SWPPP Preparation, Inspection, Sampling & Reporting, Biological Monitoring, Archaeological Monitoring, Cultural Resource Monitoring, Paleontological Monitoring, Private Security Services, Quality Control Testing, Pre-Construction Property Surveying, Noise Monitoring, Vibration Monitoring, Temporary Erosion Control, Permanent Erosion Control, Demolition, Tree Trimming & Removal, Clearing & Grubbing, Sheet Pile, Passive Flood Barriers, Reinforcing Steel, Concrete Barrier, Bollards, Signs, Striping, Landscape & Irrigation, Masonry, Fencing – Removals & Installation, Traffic Control, Metal Guard Railing, Dewatering, Electrical, Painting, Shoring, Welding, Specialty Metal Fabrication, Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) and Trucking. **PLEASE NOTE – ALL iron & steel products used in this project are required to be produced in the USA*** ***PLEASE NOTE – All SBE subcontractors used on this project are required to be certified by the California Department of General Services. Bonding assistance is available. Graniterock will pay bond premium up to 1.5%. In addition to bonding assistance, subcontractors are encouraged to contact Graniterock Estimating with questions regarding obtaining lines of credit, insurance, equipment, materials and/or supplies, or with any questions you may have. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, DIR number, insurance and worker's compensation coverage. Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. Graniterock intends to work cooperatively with all qualified firms seeking work on this project.
