Scope:

EBI is soliciting quotes from certified and qualified vendors for the following scopes of work:
Survey, Monitoring, Staking, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control, SWPPP, Erosion Control, Hydroseeding, Temporary Fence, Chainlink Fence, Ornamental Fence, Gates, Temporary Facilities, Street Sweeping, Potholing, Trucking, Shoring, CIDH Piling, Minor Concrete, Structural Concrete, Bar Reinforcing Steel (Epoxy Coated), Lightweight Cellular Concrete, HMA, Riprap, Aggregate Base, Underdrain Pipe, Light Poles, Bollards, Electrical, Utilities and Utility Relocation

EBI intends to work jointly with all public-work qualified and DIR registered firms seeking work on this project. EBI is signatory to the operators and laborers. This project has a Project Labor Agreement. 100% performance and payment bonds will be required from a qualified surety company for the full amount of the subcontract price. Bonding assistance is available. Subcontractors are also encouraged to contact EBI with questions regarding obtaining lines of credit and insurance. Subcontractors must have a current contractor’s license, DIR number, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage including waiver of subrogation. Selected firms will be required to enter into EBI’s standard subcontract and/or purchase order agreement. In addition, there are specific Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements for hiring new employees for this contract.
