Engineers Estimate: $20,000,000 *****PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ELECTRONIC BID, MCI IS REQUESTING ALL QUOTES TO BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THEN 12PM TO ENSURE QUOTE HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND REVIEWED***** We are requesting quotes from all qualified LBE/ SFPUC LBE & SMALL LBE Subcontractors and Suppliers but not limited to: MISC METALS, PIPE SUPPLIERS, STEEL PIPE, VALVES, ELECTRICAL- BUILDING, REINFORCING STEEL, CAST IRON SEWER PIPE, COCNRETE RW & RS, ABESTOS ABATEMENT, HVAC/ MECHANICAL, PAINTINGS/ COATINGS, PIPE INSULATION, PLUMBING, PIPE SUPPORTS, CONCRETE REPAIR Project Description: The project scope includes in brief the following items: concrete crack/spall repair, FRP strengthening and protective coating installations in the four wet wells and single influent channel. Booster pump refurbishment, discharge pipe manifold rehabilitation, water heater and various pump replacements, seal water storage tank installation and replacement of air handling equipment locate don station roof. Electrical work will include station transformer and VFD replacement, switchgear component upgrades, power and control wiring for all equipment replacements and other various control upgrades to various equipment. Finally, the roof work will include, support of conduit penetrations and equipment mounting, duct work roof supports and the installation of a fully reinforced polyurethane liquid roof membrane system.
