Evans Brothers Inc. (EBI) is pursuing the listed project and is requesting sub-quotes from qualified MBE, WBE, DVBE, SBE, LBE, OBE vendors.

Scope:

EBI is soliciting quotes from certified and qualified vendors for the following scopes of work:
Survey, Staking, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control, SWPPP, Erosion Control, Hydroseeding, Fencing, Street Sweeping, Trucking, Paving, Shoring, Striping, Cable Railing, Lightweight Cellular Concrete, Riprap, Aggregate Base, Underdrain Pipe, and Slope Protection.

Plans, specifications and requirements and EBI standard subcontract for the project are available:

2.     For review at our office or at the Contra Costa County Public Works Dept. 255 Glacier Drive, Martinez, CA 94553, and

3.     Are available for purchase online at www.cccounty.us/pwprojects.

EBI intends to work jointly with all qualified firms seeking work on this project. EBI is signatory to the operators and laborers. This project has a Project Labor Agreement. 100% performance and payment bonds will be required from a qualified surety company for the full amount of the subcontract price. Bonding assistance is available. Subcontractors are also encouraged to contact EBI with questions regarding obtaining lines of credit and insurance. Subcontractors must have a current contractor’s license, DIR number, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage. Selected firms will be required to enter into EBI’s standard subcontract and/or purchase order agreement.
