WARE MALCOMB PROMOTES ANGELA RYAN TO DIRECTOR, INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN IN SAN DIEGO

Ryan brings over 13 years of interior architecture and design experience in the San Diego market to her new role. She joined Ware Malcomb’s San Diego office in 2016, and was promoted the following year to Studio Manager, Interior Architecture & Design. Ryan contributes strong interior design knowledge and business development skills. She has experience working on a variety of project types including office, healthcare, education, and hospitality projects, among others.

Ryan was recently recognized on the Daily Transcript’s Top 40 Under 40 listing, as a finalist in the San Diego Business Journal’s Next Top Business Leaders Under 40, and was a nominee for the 21^st Annual Pinnacle Awards recognizing Southern California women in the STEM workforce. She actively participates in several industry and nonprofit organizations, including serving as the incoming International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Southern California Chapter President for 2019-2020. 

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Design from the University of Missouri in Columbia. She holds certifications from the California Council for Interior Design (CID), the Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification (EDAC), and the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ).
