Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) 2024 Large Diameter Main Replacement Project (Contract No. 2024-200-100-0)
Structural Preservation Systems, LLC (Structural) is bidding Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) 2024 Large Diameter Main Replacement Project (Contract No. 2024-200-100-0) as a prime contractor and we are interested in receiving proposals/quotes from qualified subcontractors and suppliers including but not limited to DBE, WBE, SBE, VBE, DOBE, and LGBTQBE certified firms. We are seeking qualified subcontractors to bid on a comprehensive scope of work that includes mobilization, permitting, bonding, insurance, and traffic control. The project involves excavation, backfill, bedding, concrete encasement, and flowable fill, along with flagging and off-duty police services. Environmental responsibilities include sampling, testing, and disposal of regulated and residual waste. Additional tasks cover pavement milling, sub-base preparation, concrete and bituminous paving, as well as installation of sidewalks, curbs, ADA ramps, and pavement markings. Landscape restoration, erosion and sediment control, valve vaults, access points, pipe transitions, disinfection, and installation of test stations and related appurtenances are also included.

Intent to bid responses are due to Structural by 12 pm EST on June 20th, 2025.
This project is fully compliant with Davis-Bacon Act.
