Project: Crows Landing Industrial Business Park Phase 2022 & 2024 Well Improvements, Phase 1A Water Facility and Offsite Water Project, Modesto, CA Reference: 220008 Bid Date: 06/23/2025 @ 10:00am Owner: County of Stanislaus CA Conco-West Inc. is bidding the above referenced project as a Prime Contractor and is requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers: SUBCONTRACTORS: Construction Signing, Traffic Control, Trucking, Striping, Demolition, Saw Cutting and Core Drilling, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Reinforcing Steel, Fencing and Gates, Landscaping, Masonry, Pipeline, Welded Steel Reservoir, Well Pump Installation, Site Grading and Earthwork, Ready Mix Concrete, HVAC, Painting. Electrical, Roofing, Steel Roof Decking, Building Insulation, Cold Formed Metal Framing, FireStopping and Sealants. MATERIAL SUPPLIERS: Aggregates, Asphalt, Power & Control Equipment, Instrumentation, Chlorine Boosting System Package, Miscellaneous Metals, Roof Hatches, Cold Metal Framing, Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Door Hardware, Skylights, Fabricated Steel Pipe, Pipe and Valve Materials, Fiberglass ChlorinationEnclosure, Engine Generator, Horizontal Split Case Pumps, Vertical Turbine Line Shaft Pump & Motors, Hydropneumatic Surge Tank System, Construction Trailer, Temporary Facilities, Precast Concrete Structure. Phase 1A Water Facility and Offsite Water Project will be funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), and will be subject to the requirements of the ARPA’s Stateand Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Program, which includes “Domestic Preference for Procurement”.
