Project Description: The Work consists of, but not limited to: 1. TWAS bypass pipeline and pumping system. 2. Installation of cleanouts on TWAS pipeline. 3. Cleaning of TWAS pipeline. 4. Television inspection of TWAS pipeline, before and after cleaning. 5. Construction of dewatering system expansion, consisting of dewatering feed pump, screw press skid and platform, and polymer storage area. 6. Construction of sludge drying bed expansion. 7. Construction of digester cleaning pond, including quick connection pad, sludge piping, outlet structure, and drain piping. 8. Repair and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the Work. 9. Incidentals for complete and usable facility. 10. Startup and Commissioning of the Work.
