Project description: The Marina del Rey Parking Structure consists of a 3 level, 100,000 sf cast-in-place concrete parking structure with 304 stalls and associated surface lot with 64 stalls. The project also includes a covered bike hub, onsite & offsite parking controls, monument signs, site furnishings, street improvements, enhanced building façade, and grading work. · McCarthy Building Companies is signatory to the Laborers, Cement Masons, Carpenters, and Operators Unions. · Subcontractor Bids must be valid for 90 days.
