PUBLIC NOTICE: BAY AREA
RAPID TRANSIT DISTRICT

The San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (District) has updated its proposed Triennial Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) assisted projects during fiscal years 2020 through 2022 (October 1, 2019 - September 30, 2022).

The District will achieve its DBE goal using race and gender-conscious measures, as well as race and gender-neutral measures. The District proposes an overall goal of 16% for FFY 2020-2022 for FTA-assisted projects, of which 10% is race-conscious and 6% is race-neutral.
