Parking Lot Repair, Seal, and Stripe Services for Parking Lots I and K at DMV Headquarters.
Project No. 19-315

Provide the DMV all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, travel, and permits necessary to repair, seal, and stripe Parking Lots I and K at DMV Headquarters for the term of this Agreement. The Contractor is responsible for field verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions pertinent to this Agreement.

A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled at 9:00 a.m. on 10/29/19 at 2415 First Ave., Sacramento, CA 95818. Meeting in the lobby.

The bidder shall possess a valid A contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB). All subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize to perform work under the contract shall possess all applicable contractor licenses for the work they shall perform under the contract. All bidder and subcontractor contractor licenses shall be in good standing from the time of the bid opening through the term of the contract.

Successful bidder shall furnish all applicable bonds (e.g., Bidder's Bond) and must pay prevailing wages. Awarded Contractor shall be required to provide Payment Bond. (Estimate: $333,656.00)
